Haute, Indiana. He is the first child of Sally Ann Taylor. And
Lloyd K. Marshall.
Chuck married to Cheryl B. Burd on July 22, 1989.
Chuck lived on Lake Wawasee, Indiana from 1955 through 1969. From 1969 through 1979, he lived in Palm Beach County, Florida where he graduated from Palm Beach Gardens High School in 1974. In 1979, Charles moved to Tallahassee, Florida and attended and graduated from Florida State University in 1984. In 1990, Charles and Cheryl
moved to Tallahassee and reside there now.
